Failure to want to hold people accountable for their actions?

That seems to be the common theme to all of our problems in this city and nation right now, and why generations of failure resulting from not holding people accountable become a plague that destroys once great civilizations from within. The lack of courage is what I disrespect most of all. You grow up wanting to make a change in life, have an impact, and then when you’re given the chance to do so, you do NOTTA. You could have been great, but instead became content with becoming the problem that needed fixing.
