I posted this in the Poli Board thread. It bears repeating here...
I'd love to see how a full female crew of 19Kilos would deal with this.....
Or this...
Or be able to do this in under 4 seconds for hour after hour and days on end with little to no sleep....
Or be able to pull maintenance on this....
Or be able to haul this from the ground up onto the top of the turret, mount it, then set the head space & timing...
Hell, for that matter, I'd love to see them just try to work this without losing a finger or causing head trauma....
And finally, wish I could find a good picture of it but there's an engine cover on the back deck right up against the turret that is universally known as the "bitch plate". It get this name because it's a complete bitch to get back into place. I'd love to see any female try to get that fricker back where it goes.
Bottom line... women have no place on a tank crew or any other combat arms MOS for that matter.

I have. Quite a few fat LTC/COL Infantry Officers and SFC/MSG/SGM Infantrymen.
Not all infantrymen are light. Some are in Mech units.

Rhonda Rousey may be a world class UFC female fighter. But she's still just a 135 lb woman. She would get killed in hand to hand combat with the average fully trained and armed infantryman. And I'm not saying he'd beat her up. I'm saying he'd kill her, as in dead. Probably via a bayonet to the chest or beating her brains out (literally) with the butt of his rifle.
