Define "lose your temper" please.
I don't scream or yell, but I will get short and preachy, especially when people that I am around a lot don't try to think things through.

Not in a while, thankfully. There was a span, maybe 1-2 years ago, when I noitced myself becoming uncharacterstically short fused.
