Quit over a decade ago. Used to smoke a pack a day, cut down to only when drinking, then I used an ecig to dial down nic dosages.

4 packs a day got the patch and haven't smoked since. around 1997 i think still want a cig sometimes

I work offshore and do not dip or smoke for 21 days every 21 days. I can drink beer and wine with absolutely no urge to burn. The minute bourbon touches my lips, I smoke like a freight train!
