Since my parents live in another state and my inlaws are only 30 minutes away....we see them for most holidays.


Father's Day though....my father in law always has us come visit either the day before or the weekend before or after....so that he can spend his actual Father's Day doing whatever the hell he wants by himself(which is usually sit on the couch all day and watch golf without my MIL nagging him about it).

Friday: Make sure the kids are gone for the weekends

Drink beers. Cook tacos & charro beans. Make margaritas.

Saturday: Kayaking the Bogue Chitta while pounding Mucho beers while being a general nuisance to the church groups.

Wings at Hooters for supper.

Sunday:
Church.

Bow fishing tonight
Trout fishing tomorrow morning
Rest of the weekend with the family

Hope to fry fresh specs tomorrow evening, then boil crabs and shrimp Sunday.

Maybe head to the fishing camp for the weekend. Might even try some sac a lait fishing.
