Legally, LSU can't do anything, but I'm sure they can "twist some arms" so the businesses do the right thing.
The other option is someone gets killed and sues these "businesses" and they will be forced to close.
The real solution is if LSU is able to buy the land from Nicholoson to Highland all the way to downtown. But, there is a better chance of BR having a loop then that happening.

You are correct, IF, as you say, these are "silly" and "minor". However, the way people are responding to this, I see nothing silly or minor in it. Maybe they are over reacting (I wasn't there this weekend).
The "Money" and "Power" you refer to comes from FOOTBALL. People stop going and he loses "Money" and "Power".
