+/- 130k with a 15% bonus.

I'm on the field side out of Houston building schools and apartments. Half our PMs are worth their weight in gold. The other half suck arse and are place holders until someone better shakes loose or gets hired.

Residential construction you’re going to be dealing with some high maintenance housewife who can’t make up her mind what tile she wants in her bathroom
