Not trying to be a grammar freak, but for further reference you should use "a" instead of "an" with "useless." "An" in front of words that begin with a vowel is not always correct, and useless is a perfect example.

They arent maintaining them properly. They are supposed to be cleaned every night as well as a monthly cleaning. Those nozzles need to be soaked in sanitizer every night, too
