They had a serial killer in tampa and damn near shut the city down. Told people not to come out of their house and implemented a curfew

Im not from Louisiana and I’ve never lived there but I think I could give someone a run down on the places to avoid in New Orleans because it’s discussed here daily. By the way the answer is “The whole fricking city.”

Chicago people aren’t pleased with their current leadership and with their city’s violent crime.

Yeah that’s an issue with New Orleans. It isn’t isolated into one section of the city so much like Chicago, Atlanta, or even Baton Rouge.
