What websites do y’all use to lease cars? Isn’t there one where you can take over someone else’s lease?

Sorry, don't pay money for something unless I own or will own it.

If is for personnel use you'll need to deal with a dealership. If you are a business that is looking to lease a fleet of vehicles you'll need a fleet account, with the manufacture of the brand you are trying to lease.
Never gonna happen. You wouldn't want to do that anyway.

You never trade in a vehicle before it is paid off?

You’re about to get a bunch of comments from people with no idea how leasing works telling you that you’re throwing money away.

Why would you want to do that?

Seems like a good way to save significant money on a lease, depending on how much the OG leaseholder put down as a "downpayment."
If you insist on leasing, that is. I get tempted more and more every day, as cars seem to be getting more and more complex and less suited for long term ownership.
