I'd put Mazda 6 on the test drive list as well. Best looking exterior and interior, best handling, and great mpg.

My mom had one of those and it was pretty sharp but the ergonomics and ease of user interface with the GPS was a fricking nightmare.

She got rid of it less than a year after buying it.

But it was pretty fun to drive as far as that type car goes. I made a few trips to Bham in it and it wasn't bad.
