Agreed. The music of the past 15 years or so blows for sure.

None of the good music gets any air time. Especially the really good country music. It’s why Spotify is so important.

Rock however seems to be on life support.

Merle Haggard,

Wish I would have made it my business to see him in concert.
Especially the later years. He’d been though a lot.

I'm a fan of a few lesser known country artists that are current.

Rock is pretty terrible now. I have no use for pop or rap.

There’s a metric frick ton of really good country music that gets absolutely 0 radio time.

I heard a Cody Jinks song the other day on FM radio and I was shocked. However, it wasn’t on a mainstream country station. It was on a station that plays a lot of guys like Ronnie Milsap, John Conlee, Waylon, etc.

Lot of great stuff mixed in with pure rubbish. About the same for every decade prior to 2010. Afterwards it’s all rubbish.

Jimi Hendrix is the most overrated guitar player of all time.

Dude basically just played shite to a bunch of LSD and Acid loaded white people who thought it was the best shite ever bc they were so blown out of their minds.
