Why this isn't now and hasn't always been the case is stunning to me. Everybody else has to be accountable they need to be too

No one gets executed for 2nd degree murder.

The death penalty is not the problem, it's the way these cases are handled and the lack of punishment to the prosecutors that do not give the defendants a fair trial, is the problem.
