Five years is the maximum time. Again, if they only find the oil and you have no other strikes you’re not getting anywhere near that. Hell, you might not even serve time. And that’s no where near the 25 years you were talking before.

Up until a few years ago, extracting cannabinoids was a life offense in Oklahoma. Some pearl clutcher heard about a propane/butane explosion in California, decided to make it a retardedly serious offense in Oklahoma. Plot twist, ice or co2 extraction would've also resulted in up to life. It was staggering to see a law like that make the book in modern times.
