The Meguiar's wipes I'm sure have UV protection in them too.
303 Aerospace Protectant is the best product on the market. It leaves a slight sheen and has the best UV protection and it also repels dust so it will keep your dash looking dust-free for longer. It doesn't leave your dash looking wet, it just makes everything look rich and new.
I wouldn't use both at the same time as they are both the same kind of product. Either use the Meguiar's wipes OR use the 303 spray.
And actually I just looked and 303 makes wipes now too. So that's another option, although I haven't used the 303 wipes myself. But both Meguiar's and 303 are great products, I just think 303 does the job a little bit better. But Meguiar's is more easily found in stores so it's the more convenient option.
