Carmax is what I've used. The price is the price, no haggle or pressure.
I've purchased 3 vehicles from CarMax and every time it was a good experience. Website is very user friendly and you can shop around easily with filters and they have a huge nationwide inventory.
Last vehicle I bought came from Texas and I had to pay $400 to get it transferred but it was well worth the cost to get exactly what I wanted. But their financing typically isn't great. I would recommend paying cash or getting outside financing

I guess I should have noted that this is a 2003 model that I’m looking for. Are these still the best sites for 20+ year old models?
Bringatrailer is where I would start. You will pay a premium on that site but you might also have the opportunity to buy literally the nicest 2003 Tahoe in the observable universe if your timing is good. Absurdly-low-mileage older Tahoes/Yukons/Suburbans go up for bid on there multiple times a month.
For example, this one sold last week.
Spotless 2003 Tahoe LT 4x4 with 78k miles

A 2003 Tahoe should be easy to find. I see them on the side of the road all the time.
