Classified on Rolexforums.com is a great place to start (there is a good deal of cross posting there with Watchuseek buy/sell forum as well), I would also endorse davidsw. Which model are you looking for, and are you looking for anything special (ie vintage Sub, vintage GMT, vintage Explorer, vintage Daytona)? That makes a big difference. Know your buyer - look for original papers or at least a Rolex Service Center service cert.
