Dehumidifiers is a must. Bleach won't kill mold as long as dampness remains. Cut away the moisture barrier from the base of walls down to the baseplate. The bottom of the walls won't dry as long as they remain. Tell people you have no use for cleaning supplies when you have to gut your home because of flooding.

If you have flood insurance, FEMA will try to give you as little as possible. Even with pictures of rotten siding months afterwards, the adjuster said "it wasn't rotten when we inspected the home so we can't cover it". Really? They inspected it 4 days after the flood. Make it easy and get an attorney involved to deal with the insurance company at the beginning. They'll send their own adjuster and catch things that the insurance company didn't want to cover.

Welfare folks get first dibs, and the max on the assistance.

Working class has a long fight ahead of them.

Stay strong.
