You don't see the difference in lasting physical and or psychological damage to your victim versus causing property damage that can often often be remedied by insurance?

Even if it's expunged there's still a record, and can be pulled.

Trust me stuff doesn't go away. When I was a recruiter we called juvinile court , sent a release, and DD-369. We'd get something back, and then base military entrance on what was provided.

Families should be very concerned of this not being checked when they send their kiddos to college.

You don't understand expungement. There are an entire hosts of entities which can access expunged records. The military, law enforcement, medical entities, disciplinary boards, etc.

A college can't.
