I had something similar happen. I don't usually shave at the gym, but it was date night and I was running late. My bicep muscles were so tight that I couldn't reach all the way to the back of my head.

I like west napoleon barbershop in metairie. cuts are 11 bucks and theyll shave ya head too with a straight edge razor if you need.
