Had it about ten years ago. It got to the point I could barely move my wrist so I decided to have surgery. Was back to normal in less than 2 weeks and haven't had a single issue with it since

I started having pain in my wrist about 3 years ago. I first noticed it hurting after coming home from a week in Disney World where I was packing my young daughter quite a bit. It wouldn't go away so I went to an ortho doc and he gave me the steroid shot right into my wrist. It felt better for about a year and then the pain returned. Got another steroid shot and 6 months later the pain returned again. I had the surgery a little over a year ago and it has been wonderful. If I tweak my wrist or carry something heavy I still have some minor pain, but nothing like the daily pain I was having pre-surgery.
