that’s what has been widely reported. They narrowed it down to a plant in Alabama during a certain time frame. A lot of engines were made before the problem was pinpointed.

That’s not to say there can’t be other problems, as it seems all these turbo truck engines are iffy compared to naturally aspirated V8s, but the grenading engines have supposedly been fixed.
