If you keep feeling rough, don't hesitate to go back. Sometimes there are underlying conditions (and, although rarely, serious conditions) that keep pleurisy active.

Usually anti-inflammatories and cough syrup are the baseline treatment, but if it doesn't begin to go away within a week or two, it's worth getting checked out again.
