Worst company in America and its not even close. They charge old folks out in the country that know absolutely nothing about Internet service $80-$100 bucks a month for service about the speed of dial-up. No joke. Just flat out criminals.

I used to tell those people if they are paying more than 25 cents a month for that speed they are overpaying. They would show me the bill and would be in shock getting another company out by the time I left.

In all seriousness I have heard good things about Virgin mobile but nothing but shite about AT&T

I had to drive to the Hamptons on this one.

I was stonewalled by the store manager, area manager, customer service escalation supervisor and office of the president supervisor on the phone.

Only after I sent them a formal notice of dispute by certified mail did they BTFO
