Anyone else not affected by the time change?

I’ll still go to bed when I’m tired and wake up with the sun.
Time is irrelevant

As long as work is good with me being an hour late im fine.

Me, I'm up weird hours, it will just shift right now.

Didn't miss my hour at all this morning.

I spent the past week in Colorado, so it really just helped me adjust back to eastern time a little bit easier.

Same here, I actually wish I could have slept later but I was still up at 0730, which would have been 0630 yesterday.

I slept until almost 10 today.

The only way I can sleep that late is if I stay out extremely late and come home extremely fricked up. Which doesn’t happen very often anymore.

Yeah, me either. I'm kind of a night owl though. I usually wake up around 8:30 on the weekends so I guess my body just naturally adjusted.

It did this morning. I had something todo at 10am and wish I had more time to prep.

I'm the exact same way. When the Sun goes down I get tired. When the sun comes up I'm awake. Whatever time humans made up doesn't affect my sleep at all. My wife is a different story though. Time changes frick her all up.
People like yourself and me have a natural circadian rhythm. I find that most people don't. Most peoples circadian rhythm is tuned to the clock

Paul Allen and I were just discussing this here in Switzerland.

I've never understood all the fuss. Dave Cohen whines about it all the time on WWL. He sounds like a retard.

So if you go to work at 7am you're basically fricked in the summer? It's dark as shite when I get up on DST.

I haven’t had a clock on my night stand in probably 10 years. I keep my phone there and only set an alarm when I have to wake up before the sun, hunting or fishing. I have a clock in my bathroom so when I get up to pee I can see what time it is, but for the most part, I usually get a good idea what time it is when I start seeing light coming through the shutters.

And that changes when the time shifts. I usually get to work around 7-7:15. It'll feel like 4am when I get up at 6 now.

I wake up at 3am for work and it sucks as is. This morning 3am was really 2am. So it sucked that much more.
