I spent that on the oven alone, not a brag just this will cost what the OP is willing to spend.

How much is he willing to do himself? Or rather what is he capable of doing?

The building business aint on fire right now, perhaps contact a reputable general contractor in the area and see if they are interested.

Just a fyi, subs that are free to take on the job are likely free for a reason.

Whatever estimate you get, plan for twice as much - and plan for it taking twice as long as planned.

cost will range from 75-150K
At 75 you are painting , new floor covering( no wood floors) cabinet updating(not new cabs)

150- move to wood floor, new cabs , granite cab tops, slight bathroom updating

- This really depends on what you mean by renovation,- To truly remodel a house of this size you could easily spend 250-400K -- it depends on the quality level and if you are paying a contractor to do the work

I feel like you are overestimating. We remodeled about 80% of our house (3900sf) last year and finished up under our $150k budget.

We repainted the whole house interior. Added about 1200sf of hardwood flooring while redoing the original hardwood, complete master bath remodel (marble counters and floors, heated floors, rain shower, jetted tub, ceiling speakers, bidet, etc.), complete kitchen remodel (quartz counters, took out a wall, new cabinets, Wolf/SubZero appliances, double ovens, warming drawers), added a wetbar, replaced about 80% of electrical and plumbing, and redid cabinets and floors in the other bathrooms.

Yep, just completed it about a year ago.

Did everything myself and still went over budget. Took me about 7 months.
