Bro, I did 16 years in Hammond. I can say, unequivocally, hammond sucks.....it's better than it once was, but it still sucks

I'm currently trying to apply/enroll as a non-matriculating student (already have a Bachelor's and just want to take a few courses to prepare for a specific Master's program) but I can't figure out how the hell to do it. The LSU website is not very descriptive in this area.
