Anyone bank with BBVA?

Recently switched to them and the customer service is absolutely terrible. Been on hold for over 45 minutes to dispute a fraud charge. Capital one takes care of it within minutes

We switched to BBVA about a year ago. We’ve received excellent service from our local branch. And their banking app is really great. So far I have not regretted switching to them. Maybe your local branch just sucks. That’s pretty common with any business that operates branch locations with the only exception to this rule being Chick-fil-a

I don’t have a problem with the local branch, they are great. But calling the customer service line is like pulling teeth

Oh. I’ve never called customer service. Anytime we need something we call our personal banker at the local branch.

always go to a branch if you can for something like this. Bank customer service is terrible
