It's a great family vacation spot. As a kid my family and 2 or 3 other families would go for a week every year. The kids have a day camp to go to with the FSU circus. 4 decent golf courses, skiing on the lake, and you ride your bike everywhere. I always had a great time and would love to go back

Wow. This thread is bringing back some memories. I used to go every summer with my very good friend and his family. It was always the highlight of my summer.
They had the circus classes, golf, the pool, etc. Great for kids, and I assume great for the parents because we woke up, disappeared, and showed back up for dinner.
That being said, it's probably been 15 years since I last went, so for all I know it's an awful place to go now.
