re: Alabama man pleads guilty in wedding day car crash that kills attorney

I know him and his family as well as the Sarpy family. He does have some sort of mental issue, maybe somewhere on the autistic scale like aspergers. I'm not sure. He definitely has enough mental capacity to understand the significance of what he did though. Knowing his brother too, I'm not sure how he let an argument escalate into this tragic event.

He was usually a quiet guy, but I'm pretty sure I've heard of incidents where he's lost his temper before.

It saddens me hearing the Sarpy children say that his family did not offer much condolences. Sounds like they tried as much as they could to distance themselves from the situation.
