Another thing to consider is that the half life and drug elimination time varies on each of these drugs- and from the information provided for our discussion- we don’t know when he actually ingested each drug. Theoretically - it could’ve been at different dates/times. Probably not likely - but is a possibility to be considered.

Now the ability for one drug to potentiate the effect of another is great, and has surely contributed to his untimely demise- but it also doesn’t mean he could have predicted the outcome.
