Operation Chowhound - May 2, 1945.
39 aircraft from the 100th Bomb Group dropped food and supplies to the Dutch people at Schiphol Airport near Amsterdam. Reports indicated the results were very good and the white cross designating the dropping point was clearly visible. This photo was taken by Capt. Lee S.
