I bought something like this when I was younger. I don’t know the grades below select, but it couldn’t have even been select. They were 1/2 inch thick, not a stitch of fat and tough as dog chew toys.

Used to work with an old coonass and he would always say his momma taught him that cheap meat ain’t good and good meat ain’t cheap. I still don’t know if he was talking about meat or women.
