No there is also a 12 or so minute version that shows her climbing up the tree and tying the noose. She also talks to the video camera and cries about how sorry she is for being worthless and causing pain. Then she goes through with it. She doesn't even try to grab at the noose to resist. She holds her hands and her side or near her stomach until they go limp The rest of it is as you described

I think they made a movie about it but changed it up somewhat.
