As a Jazz fanatic I can attest that drugs in the modern Jazz industry made drugs in porn seem like child's play. Off the top of my head here were some of the Heroin shooting junkies of Jazz( some of my musical heroes):

Miles Davis, John Coltrane ,Billie Holiday, Charlie Parker, Art Blakey, Bud Powell, Bill Evans ,Sonny Rollins, Stitt & Clark, Chet Baker, Dexter Gordon, J J Johnson, Joe Henderson, Hank Mobley , Stan Getz, Lee Morgan, Fats Navarro ,ANita Oday, Art Pepper, Jackie Mclean, Paul Chambers, Tadd Dameron, Kenny Dorham, Joe Henderson, Jackie MacLean, Zoot Sims , Bobby Timmons, Gerry Mulligan, etc.........

I can name nearly 100 Jazz musicians ,off the top of my head, who were hardcore heroin addicts .
Should we point the finger at Jazz music / Jazz industry for these people's addiction?
