I wonder what the cost differential would be in signing Ronnie Brown instead?

Both him and Ricky seem like they're on their way out in Miami. They have similar skills and size, and Brown is a full five years younger.

Of course Ricky would be cheaper and I'd love to have him. But Ronnie Brown running behind our line, with Drew to keep defenses honest, sounds pretty damn attractive too.

Ricky's been relatively healthy since the Saints moved him to Miami (physically anyway). Right now I'd take him in a heartbeat.
