Why not sneak Brees on 3rd and 1 with 33 secs left?

i think Payton made a mistake on running Kamara. Sure, Alvin had some success but most of his runs were outside. Very hard to run inside vs minny. They’ve been stuffing Ingram most of the game.
So when I saw the formation and Kamara in the backfield, I said anything but inside run. Very hard to run on this D....even harder if they know what’s coming.
But got to give vike’s D credit for making this play when saints had everything going their way.

Told my wife when they broke huddle that the play had to be a toss to the strong side. They had EVERYONE stacked on the inside and only Barr and the DB over the WR were on the outside. It was wide open for a toss play. That + the back-to-back stupid prevent zone play calling guarding the OB lines were just as big of reasons we lost that game than the missed tackle. Can't believe we came out in that same formation after the timeout. Ridiculous play calling in that spot. Williams should've never been put in that position by his coaches.

That was a really bad call running the ball. We throw on 3rd and 1 and Get the first down. Run down the clock and win the game. Coaching error
