Why does Carolina get that timeout back?

they shouldn't be charge for it. they called it to stop the clock, since it's incomplete the clock never ran, thus they wouldn't have called i if the refs got it right.

bullshite. How do you or the refs know their intentions? Just last week NYG called a timeout on the field and threw the red flag pretty much simultaneously and they took BOTH of their timeouts away.
