Can someone please tell me why the Saints kept Zach Hocker instead of Dustin Hopkins? Hocker has been inconsistent while Hopkins has been clutch for the Redskins. I think the Saints are going to regret letting that guy go.

No, Hopkins hit a FG as time expired to put the skins in OT however Alford made a hell of an int to win it in OT.

This. Hopkins actually made a clutch kick to send the game to OT, while Hocker failed last week to win the game and prevent it from going to OT. To me, Hopkins is the better of the two, more consistent and better under pressure. Bone-head move by the Saints letting him go.
