Exciting week and a lot on the line. Right now Saints can still win NFCS or finish for the 7th WC spot if they win and get some help. Or they could be drafting between picks 9-18th if they lose. 18th is the highest draft spot without making playoffs.

Something else that is brewing in the background. DA’s career winning percentage is .333, if he beats Atl his career winning percentage will be .343. Robert Saleh’s career winning percentage is .340, if the NYJ lose to the Pats, his career winning percentage drops to .333. These 2 will be battling Eberflus for the 2nd worst coach in 2024(He’ll either be at .294 or .324); w/ more than 2 seasons under their belts, assuming all 3 keep their jobs.

Saints beat Atl & TB loses to Carolina = South

Saints beat Atl and both need to happen for WC:
GB loss to Chi
Sea loss to Az

Currently a 6 team tie for picks 13-18. If Saints lose, they’ll be picking between 9-18; picks 1-8 are out of reach. Still too many scenarios to figure out tie breakers.

Need Cincy, Den, GB, Sea & TB to win to eliminate current ties, and Atl, Chi, LV & Minn to win to set-up ties from 9-13

To eliminate current ties:
Cincy to beat Clev
Den need to beat LV
GB needs to beat Chi
Sea needs to beat Az
TB needs to beat Car

To set-up ties for picks 9-13
Atl beats us
Chi beats GB
LV beats Den (need this to help 2nd round pick)
Minn beats Det
