Here’s more good news: former New Orleans Saints linebacker Kwon Alexander continues to progress from Achilles surgery earlier this year, as seen in the latest video from his training sessions in Miami with Dr. Sharif Tabbah. Tabbah is best known for the rigorous viral workouts he’s designed for Alvin Kamara, but his background in sports medicine and kinesiology has made his facility a destination for players recovering from injuries.

If Loomis can work things out ($$$), I wouldn't mind bringing Kwon back.

Hopefully Werner and Baun make re-signing him unnecessary, but if they ain’t ready, wouldn’t be surprised to see Kwon back mid-season.

They would be good depth if Kwon comes back even if they are good …

Exactly. Sign him to start. If he gets injured again you have guys ready to go.

It would be nice if Loomis could resign him, I was wishing Loomis could work out something to get Miami CB Xavien Howard who's rumored to be on the trading block. That is until I read he had signed a 75 mil extension with the Dolphins. Lol

I think Kwon will be back, and it ought to be fairly cheap for this season coming off of another season ending injury. Without a true #2 CB, we definitely need a stout LB corp and without him I'm not very confident that we have it. But I do hope Baun/Werner can step up and surprise me
