He has been playing football for 3 years?? Where do they get this stuff that he is a good route runner. With Manziel he didn't need to run route trees. He would run out there throw the DB out the way and wait for a scrambling Manziel to spot him. No DB can cover forever. Especially DB's from smaller schools. Look at the games he played at the end of the year. Once a DB got in his jock all he did was bitch to the ref. If he couldn't grab the DB and throw him off or push off, he couldn't catch a cold. Running against air at the combine and pro day does not make an all you a good route runner or Pro. He has bust written all over him.

He would need a very accurate QB to throw him open or place the ball in areas where only he can catch it. I don't think he has the body control that a receiver like Colston has. Colston and Jones is who TB was trying to emulate with this pick; maybe even Graham. Is TB QB able to do be accurate enough for that? You saw Graham disappear at the end of the season when the other teams best DB got on him, what do you think Evans will do. I think Graham has 40lbs on him.
