I am not a Rattler hater at all but I never saw him make a throw or play like that. That was a freaking DOT

Yep...Vele didn't even know he was open. That is what good QB's do, they throw a receiver open. Shough does this well, Rattler never could.

I am not saying Rattler can't do it but I never saw it or remember him doing so. Shough has done a few times.
