If my wife ever told me to get rid of my dog, i would say "uh, NO thank you....and my hormones and testosterone levels are something YOU don't wanna frick with!" Noone is going to TELL me to do anything. Ask, they might, but still the answer would be "NO"....

Get your dog back now and tell her that it is a part of the family. Every kid ought to have a good dog when they are little. Don't let her frick up your week-end and vibe and deprive your kid and you of a best friend. Get it back!!!
