You dont remember the con man kicker Russell Erxleben. Number one pick punter/kicker. He missed a freaking 20 yarder against the Falcons that would have won the game in Atlanta in like 78/79. I bear a permanent reminder of this as I was so pissed I smashed a coffee table and threw my head into a wall, hit a 2x4 and took about 9 stitches across my eyebrow. (young and stupid) It was so much worst as we just found ways to lose games. The bomb, big ben one, big ben two, the collapse against the raiders on MNF, all those 49er come backs...man I need a drink now. lol
