And Atlanta wins the rest of their games except to us in the Georgia dome, we will both finish at an identical 13-3 and identical 10-2 NFC record..who takes the NFC south?

Yeah, in that scenario, those games against Cleveland and Arizona can be costly. Because atlanta beat both those teams, the Saints could be 13-3 and end up as the No. 5 seed

Atlanta wins this scenario. Definitely need the Bucs to win today. Not many opportunities for a L on Atlanta schedule remaining after today.
