Salary cap question

Did we ever get under cap or not I have looked but don't a clear answer

The legally had to be under the cap by noon today. However, as of a few years ago, all contracts and contract changes are faxed into the league offices. So a lot of sites will be late to update.
If they were not under the cap by, the league can make necessary changes to force the team under. And I’m sure there are sizeable penalties if the league has to step in

They have to be cap complaint by Wednesday when the league year begins

If they sign anyone today or tomorrow; they just have to make the commensurate moves for space by Wed.

Probably accurate NFL Network had us at around $12 million over the cap right now which was 4th worse.

According to Spotrac, they are $9,362,069 over.
