Is your job to collide with people?

To add to your thought:

Are hard collisions glorified by the companies in your field of work, and who ever collides the hardest and the best gets paid more than everyone else?

While we're at it let's start having trials for all sports when unnecessary hits occur. That shouldn't be too messy.

Comparing your job to playing in the nfl is beyond ridiculous

Exactly. I'm still waiting for the footage of all these horrible criminal acts. I would also like to see a list of who got paid and for what.

Defenses will be able to counter-sue offenses for scoring TD's and infringing on thier job security. 1 game = 3 years litigation

It's not actually going to happen, it's just good nonsense to be thrown around for discussion.

So who would be able to profit from this legally? Only Favre, Newton, Rodgers, and Warner?

This is truly becoming comical. In my best A.I. impersonation, "We talking football..."

Seriously, though, they were playing football, right?

Favre already said he wouldnt go to court or testify about this shite cause its all just football.

Warner said about the same thing.

Rodgers beat us and won the superbowl,i dont think he has a claim.

Scam "sneakers" Newton is a crying little bitch who has been all over Goodell's nuts since this nonsense started, probably because the Saints were the first NFL team to sack him and we did it a couple times and he is butthurt. I guess maybe he could profit, but it would be damn near impossible for any Plaintiff attorney to prove damages in this case. Or for any sensible Jury to award them. Actually i think it would be hard to find a fair and impartial jury IMO.

Players know that these types of things happen. Many places have these systems in place. The average JOE may hear of this and say oh i cant believe they would do something so horrible, but players dont. They cant just say no one gives a shite. If any player goes forward with trying to file suit, who do you think is going to get blackballed because they wont just let this go away. Act like a little bitch and you'll get treated like one.

This just keeps getting "better" all of the time. Instead of nitpicking us to death, why don't the NFL just suspend the whole club for the season and be done with it. I think that would be nore dignified that slowly picking us apart.

Doesn't there have to be a "victim" for a crime?
