All good man
I should have worded it better.
8) Darelle Revis
7) Andre Johnson
6) Troy Polamalu
5) Ed Reed
4) Ray Lewis
3) Adrian Peterson
2) Peyton Manning
1) Tom Brady
this was all voted on by the players from around the league, I'm not sure how many voted.

Bump.
Darren Sproles checks in at #86
they are currently showing numbers #90-81 on the NFL Network. Looks like they will have a new series each Wednesday until the list is complete.

Man, that seems low.

yeah considering he set an NFL record for all-purpose yards in a season.
87 rushes 603 yards 2 TD
86 receptions 710 yards 7 TD
Punt returns:
29 ret. 294 yards 1 TD
Kickoff returns:
40 ret. 1089 yards

bump. Carl Nicks at #76?
Christ, this shite is so rigged. I know Nicks isn't on the team anymore but I figured since he had a great career in New Orleans no one would care.
He was #53 last year.
how does he drop after such a stellar season?
Colston and Evans will probably be the next Saints players to be named. They will do #70-61 next Wednesday night.

Still amazed that Sproles is listed at 86.

Yeah, I mean his numbers for last year speak for themselves. He was a vital part of a record breaking offense, he did it all. Its hard to know how the players decide on their vote. My guess is there was a good number of them who didn't have to play him this year so they can't really appreciate how much of a matchup nightmare he can be. We don't know how many players voted on it either.
The way the ball is spread around on the offense, it makes it difficult for one player to really shine. The player that has the most TD's since Payton took over in a season is Pierre Thomas with 12 TD's back in 2008. The most receptions that a player has had since Payton took over was Jimmy Graham last year with 99 catches. Colston had 80 catches last year despite missing two games because of the broken collarbone. And of course Sproles hauled in 86 catches

Updated.
Vilma was named a few weeks ago at #58. I know he didn't have a good year in 2011 but this ranking shows how much the players respect him around the league.
Jahri Evans is #32. They said he is the highest ranked offensive lineman on this list
next update will be next Wednesday. Jimmy Graham will be coming up soon.
Fap
It looks like Jimmy and Brees are the only ones left to be named off of the Saints. Colston got fricking robbed.
Over/under how long this thread sinks back into obscurity. I'll say its off the first page by morning
