Saints, Falcons, Panthers and then —— Browns????? Possible Theory

So it seems at this point that Watson is on his way to Atlanta. He has likely decided this from the beginning and the Saints and Panthers are being used for leverage being in the same division. One thing that has seemed puzzling to me from the beginning is WHY THE BROWNS???
It has just been reported that due to Matt Ryans no trade clause he will be traded to a team that he desires. The Browns are one of those teams.

#Falcons will deal Matt Ryan to a team he desires per league source if a #Texans Deshaun Watson deal is done.
Options are the #Seahawks and #Browns
Looking back a few years ago to Brock Osweilers crazy trade is it a coincidence that the two teams involved were the Texans and the Browns?
LINK
Looking back at that trade the Texans actually sent a 2nd round pick plus Osweiler to the Browns to unload his contract.
Were the Browns secretly involved in “trade talks” with Deshaun Watson when in reality they are the 3rd team involved in the trade looking to take on Matt Ryan and one of the picks from the Falcons in the trade?
Are the Browns and Texans getting together to try and swing it again? Could the Browns be the holdup in the trade all along? Are we looking at a possible Mayfield to the Texans for one of Atlantas firsts in order for Ryan to be unloaded?
Should I have another green St. Pattys Day Beer?
